What is Sequential Art?: Build A FULL Comic Book
This after school comic art program is reoccurring and meets once a week. Students will become their own comic writer and sequential artist developing stories in their own unique voice. This class will expose students to a variety of comic books, strengthen not only their narration skills but their vision of how it is they want their worlds to be imagined.
The takeaway items are a comic script and illustrated 3 to 4 page comic book. Your child can join a class at anytime. We recommend 4 - 6 classes to complete a detailed comic book.
Suggested Ages: 7 - 12 | $35 Per Class

Life Drawing for Tweens and Teens
The best way to improve your drawing skills is to draw from life. In this class we give tweens and teens a preview into how drawing is taught in colleges everywhere. Learn techniques to train your eye and your hand to recreate anything w/ paper and pencil. Students will practice figure drawing with mannequins, toys, and clothed models.
If you have a budding artist, this is the perfect class to help improve their technical drawing skills and introduce them to career developing language, techniques and tools.
Suggested Ages: 12 - 17 | $25 Per Class

anime + manga club
for teens
Dive into the world of Japanese comic books and animation. Learn about these unique artforms and practice their drawing techniques and styles. You will be introduced to a variety of manga to read and gain inspiration from. In this club we will draw, critique, discuss, and expand your knowledge on everything anime and manga. Your child will be sure to make new like-minded friends.
Suggested Ages: 12-17 | $25 Per Class
